Ich, wie vermutlich einige andere von euch, bin auf der Suche nach passender Chatsoftware, um Leute von Telegram/Whatsapp/Discord wegzubekommen.

Ich suche für die Orga, für die ich IT mache und will nicht erst in 2 Monaten nach einer Migration zufällig von besserer Software erfahren, wie das sonst immer so ist :)

Frage: Welche kennt ihr, die a) passen könnte und b) auf den ersten Blick in den Replies noch nicht genannt wurde?

- Nextcloud Talk (aktuell präferiert)
- Zulip (grob)
- Fluxer (dauert noch)

Anforderungen:
- Selfhosted
- Open Source Software (bzw. open-ish, Synapse Pro und so...)
- Komplexe Org-Struktur (automatisiert verwaltbare Räume + Mitgliedschaften)
- Skalierbar auf 100.000 User, davon paartausend simultan aktiv.
- OpenID Connect

Nice to Haves:
- Föderation (Primär interner Chat)
- E2EE muss nicht (https zum Server reicht, muss kritische 1on1/Kleingruppen - Kommunikation nicht ersetzen)
- Machbarer Admin-Aufwand (wir haben nicht so viele)
