I remember Basecamp seeming like a cool communication tool for teams. Now that I have to work with a company using it, I just find Basecamp's UI horrid. Let's start with the navigation. I have no idea what's behind these, because "Lineup", "Pings” or "Hey!" don't follow any naming conventions I've ever seen.
Fyi, "Lineup" is a timeline tool. When you open it, it tells you it's a timeline. Maybe name it "Timeline”? Why “Pings" and not "Messages” or "DMs”? Why "Hey!" and not “Notifications”?
I didn't ask for it, but the full leather laser gun the Tom of Finland inspired space jockey is carrying is something this image definitely needed. #aiart #MidJourneyArt
