Started off the day feeling kinda sassy, then walking the dog felt like I'm looking really good today, then all the parks were full of dads lined up at the fence like a buffet line. The wind kept pulling my jacket off my shoulder, feels sassy and slutty.
Good way to spend a long weekend morning.
New boots!
I'm tempted to get oxblood shoe polish and see if i can make them redder.
Today's nonbinary finery, ripped 505s and a racerback tank top. This top is a women's size "XL". lol.
Partner's new tank tops don't fit, so I scored some tank tops. This one, plus a grey and a white one.
Curls and OHP today, in supersets.
Curls at 12×30lbs, then straight into OHP. Up to 50lbs today, and pushed 12 reps right to the end of my sets; last time I had to give up at 9 the last set or two.
So, clear progress! I'll take it.
Still liking Hevy less than Strong for recording my lifts, think I might change back.
Incline bench press today.
Up to 40lbs at 12 reps, then a couple sets of 50lbs × 9, then 60lbs for 5 and 3, and now I can't move my arms.
But I feel good. That was a really.good workout.
Squats today.
5 sets, up to 7×120lbs.
It's hard. Wasn't this hard before covid.
