I'm trying something new! Moving back to #debian on my laptop has made me just wanna go back to it everywhere, but the gaming performance isn't really there which gives me pause on my desktop.

SO I'm trying this thing where I do all of my day-to-day computing in a Debian VM running on my Windows host (since I have more RAM and CPU than I know what to do with anyway), and when I wanna play a game I just dip back out into Windows.

Hardly a novel concept, I know, but so far so good! I look forward to running into some unforeseen problem that blows this whole thing up in my face!

Due to some Unforeseen Circumstances, I might need to stop using this account. I don't think I'm going to close it yet, but feel free to follow me over at @ferretbreeder @tech.lgbt or @byn @skyhoppers.club if you don't wanna lose touch! Keeping those handles unlinked so that hopefully this post doesn't show up on those instances.
