Everything that’s happened with #Trump and #Musk are super clear examples of how dangerous it is to be led by personalities instead of values. If you are ruled by values, principles you find virtuous, you can measure leaders and their actions against them. When those leaders fail them, you can move on to someone else. But following personalities so easily sucks you into situations that contradict your values, or worse, into chaos that leaves you thinking no values, no virtues, exist.
