AUNTIFA’S TIPS FOR #PROTESTS

1. WEAR SNEAKERS OR OTHER SENSIBLE SHOES. consider this a marathon. it is physical activity and you will be walking or standing for hours, so wear comfortable, yet protective shoes:

- no sandals
- no open-toes
- no open heals
- no high heels

worker boots, sneakers, those clogs hospital workers use: amazing!

- no sockless shoes

seriously, the socks will give you extra comfort. don’t matter how hot it is, WEAR SOCKS… 🧵

Hello everyone!

I'm sheddi, I'm a middle aged British guy but please don't hold that against me.

I quit The Other Site not long after Jack sold it, and have had a happy Mastodon existence as @sheddi ever since. However I thought I should really have a European-based alt account in case of Unforeseen Problems with that one.

So here I am. Hope to settle in on retro.pizza, follow some folk and mostly keep myself to myself.
