#law wonks, particularly american ones, I have a question. Am I correct in my reading of the ruling that struck down roe vss wade didnt strike down the constitutional basis of it but rather struck down federal supremacy. If that is so , wouldnt any fed abortion ban require revoking that ruling, thus putting roe vs wade back into effect?

Or is this a false hope?
