“The Santa Clause Too”: Dan and Eugene Levy are a father son duo on the verge of estrangement on the last night of Chanukah. After accidentally offing Tim Allen’s Santa (it’s also Christmas Eve) they’re forced to spend the night on a global road trip delivering gifts to gentiles while confronting their felled relationship. After giving up hope, Eugene finds himself in a dive bar with a not-Santa-looking man who gives him advice about reconciling with his son (spoiler, it’s human Tim Allen!)
@TomDelargy if you’re against the middle ground, you might as well be anti-socialist. It’s fine from a idealistic standpoint, but in reality a fervent, uncompromising push for socialism is what’s driving a (much stronger) rebuke of socialism and leading to increasingly unregulated capitalism. There’s a reason Fox News ceaselessly warns their veiwers of a “socialist agenda”; it galvanizes them, as well as more centrist voters.
