Is one day enough time before starting the redirect? Should I wait a week?

There's no rush to leave here—other than the longer I take after making a decision, the more opportunities I have to make a confusing mess of things involved in the decision.

@tomkindlon these studies would have an easier time recruiting volunteers if they helped people through professional diagnoses.

Isn't ME/CFS usually self-diagnosed because the patients need to teach interested physicians (when they can be found and the costs of interacting with them afforded) what it is and how to make a diagnosis?

If you need ChatGPT to be happy, then your happiness is too dearly bought. If you don't need it to be happy but still use it, then your convenience is certainly not worth that cost to the world.

This thing uses obscene amounts of energy and water, at a moment when we can't afford to spend more energy on anything, but should be cutting our energy consumption drastically. And it's only the gateway to more and more of such services.
