It's been 3 months since my Windows PC broke down. Meanwhiel, I've been using macOS on MacBook Air and Pi OS on Pi 4 to get back. With all the tricks MS is pulling to shove down AI and Recall compulsion down Windows users' throats, I don't feel like building another PC again.

Banks continue to offer terrible UX/UI experiences to the modern customers. Despite having all the data, they send useless notifications about credit card payment... only to end it with the lame - Ignore if paid.

Today, one big part of our #BSDPub call was about #Freedive (made by @[email protected]) which is about integrating a gui management interface for #FreeBSD beginners for further system management. I also covered the insights, build instructions and a binary pkg in a blog post.

This little kitten showed up on Sunday morning, before rains washed away everything. Kept a large box with Ikea throw in it. But mom removed them today morning. Sigh.

A decade since discovering these hills and 4+ years living here... finally i get to ride my motorcycle on these (mostly) beautiful roads!

I've been riding a scooter in the meanwhile and got quite comfortable handling it in the hill roads. But getting back on my old motorcycle is so much joy!

It was amusing to watch myself start very cautious and slowly gain back the confidence i used to have in the machine.
