@minterpunct note that in different languages different kind of quotes are used. In Czech we should use so called 9966 style which looks like this: *„Kdo jinému jámu kopá, sám do ní padá.“ *In reality this is not always the case as these quotes characters are not on standard keyboard layouts and needs to be pasted with ALT+number input.

If you read things in multiple languages you get quickly used to pretty much every style of quotes.
