🎉 Welcome to the Public Domain, FIDDLING AROUND (1930)! 🐭🎶🎻

🎬 If the star looks a little odd, it's because this is the first Mickey cartoon not animated by Ub Iwerks (who left to create Flip the Frog). It's also the first Mickey short released by Columbia Pictures, making it a unique piece of animation history.

Ireland dodged a bullet there. Argentina will feel very unlucky, especially in that period just before halftime where Ireland kept infringing and Argentina got nothing from it. @rugby #IREvARG #rugby
England seem keen to infringe around the ruck; also pushing offside a lot. Seems O'Keefe is seeing a lot of it. Interesting game so far. Australia seem to be growing into the game. #rugby #ENGvAUS @rugby
@YurkshireLad @[email protected] @[email protected] I think they were creating plenty of half-chances tonight, and under Foster they had a habit of pushing wide way too early and this was always easy to shut down. I'm more hopeful Robertson's approach will bear fruit. I don't follow the England team too close. Any explanation why they abandoned much of their attacking ambition from the NZ tour?
@shift_reset Ireland are good. Best team in the world imo, but I think the All Blacks created enough chances against a good England team to give me hope. However if NZ has poor discipline next Friday like they did tonight, they will be lucky to lose by 10. @rugby #rugby
That was an exciting game! From the NZ perspective can see how Robertson's gameplan is shaping up. Plenty of opportunities created, for sure, but not enough accuracy to finish them off. But they need to fix that lineout, and back to old bad habits regarding discipline. #ENGvNZ #rugby @rugby
@YurkshireLad @[email protected] @[email protected] their attack did look much better in New Zealand earlier this year. Got to say that the All Blacks' terrible discipline and barely functional lineout kept them in that match.

Worth sharing. Not sure what to make of this. But because of the conflict of interest, maybe stating more to explicitly the reason for not publishing the review is important!

The NZ journal that commissioned then spiked a critical review of its co-editor’s book

'I knew NZJH would be unlikely to publish my review but I couldn’t in good conscience have written anything else.'

After publishing a story on a doctor accused of violating federal research rules and skirting ethical guidelines, ProPublica’s Charles Ornstein was named in a libel suit. An appeals court recently dismissed the case, but the experience took a toll.
