@vallery A colleague of mine had a similar experience, and it did resolve - in her case, it took 2-3 months. I think the other comment about resting as much as possible now is spot on. My colleague is very sharp, and no one else noticed it, but she really felt it. Fingers crossed that yours resolves soon.
