Everything was messed up this morning. Fani was excused from testifying again after DA had no further questions. The DA’s *supposed* witness was not available for his 2nd day of testimony because he was at the doctor, even though he was ordered to be available. Bradley was scheduled to arrive ~10:30am. The judge delayed hearing until 1:00pm because he didn’t show. It ended up being 1:30pm. 1/
#Trump will also most likely ask an appeals court to halt the restrictions on him & his sons from running the company while it considers the case.
But there might be little Trump can do to thwart one of the judge’s most consequential punishments: extending for 3 years the appointment of an independent monitor who will be the court’s eyes & ears at the #TrumpOrganization, watching for #fraud & second-guessing transactions that look suspicious.
VP #KamalaHarris briefly met w/ #AlexeiNavalny’s wife, #YuliaNavalnaya, at the Munich Security Conference on Fri.
Navalnaya was present during Harris’s remarks at the conference, & Harris sat in the front row while Navalnaya spoke.

W/ #FaniWillis's testimony over, the defense has tried to call Terrence Bradley, the former divorce lawyer for #NathanWade. But a lawyer for Bradley says that he is at a doctor’s appt & will be in court later.
In his absence, the judge heard arguments about how much, if anything, Bradley can say, given attorney-client privilege issues. Ashleigh Merchant, one of the defense lawyers, says that Bradley can help prove that the romantic relationship preceded Wade’s hiring by the DA’s office.
