you mean the microsoft that removed DOS-Mode on a DOS-based windows to break compatiblity with non-microsoft branded versions of DOS?

you mean the microsoft that aggressively pushed internet explorer and bundled it in the OS made it incompatible with web standards (.. you think JS is bad? .. the web could be much MUCH worse .. we could be writing websites in Visual Basic Script..)

the microsoft that promised you could refund your windows license on unwanted pcs then made it so you actually cant.

they didnt steal your data because they didnt have the storage space for it, nor did every computer have a constant 24/7 internet connection, that is the only reason.
