@foobarry Just read your blog post about moving from Pocket to Readeck earlier this year. At the bottom you had a small mention about enabling TLS using a DNS-01 challenge. Did you have any plans to follow up with another post of what was required for that? Or are you willing to discuss on here?

@DrewNaylor The breast specifically doesn't _need_ to be dry to be considered fully cooked. I use the "poke test" to see how done it is inside, and take it off maybe a minute before I think it'll be done. Then the internal heat finishes the job as it's resting on the cutting board. Boom you got juicy, cooked, chicken.
