The thing with #chicken is it's kinda hard to tell when it's done. If it's the light meat, it has to be almost white and a bit dry (needs oil like olive oil to not be super dry) rather than pinkish and slimy. #Beef is easier to tell but I can't stand it since I quit eating it years ago.

@DrewNaylor The breast specifically doesn't _need_ to be dry to be considered fully cooked. I use the "poke test" to see how done it is inside, and take it off maybe a minute before I think it'll be done. Then the internal heat finishes the job as it's resting on the cutting board. Boom you got juicy, cooked, chicken.
