Ged MaheuxCalled a little drive up oil change place nearby to see if they do state car inspections. I already knew they did because it was on their website but I wanted to chat with someone and get a feel for their customer service.
Instead I had to talk to an AI phone agent who wouldn’t put me through to someone. Now I pretty much don’t want to give them my business.
So instead of saving them time AI just cost them a customer.

Capturing actor Robert O’Reilly as the bug-eyed high chancellor was tricky but oh so satisfying. Getting the LEGO pieces in the correct colors was another matter all together. You might have seen some of my frustrations in my LEGO posts these last few months.
The result was totally worth it however. This is likely a one-off creation. #StarTrek #DeepSpaceNine

Lea Verou, PhDTIL crows, starlings and similar birds only *look* black to us — they’re actually very colorful in ways human eyes are unable to perceive. 🤯
Remember that next time people can’t see your “colors”.
Some colors just require different eyes.
