@marioguzman This reminds me of a video I watched recently on the history of Apple and WiFi. I found it interesting, I didn’t realize how big of a role they played in adoption of 802.11b. At the time, we had some Avaya AP at home whose guts were likely very similar to the AirPort, and probably largely possible because of it. I miss Apple as an underdog.

@marioguzman Sad day indeed. Even when Pixelmator first launched in like 2007, it was praised for the level of thoughtful detail in its UI and declared an exemplar of Mac-iness.
@blankbaby What was the mom’s contribution to raising kids thoughtful enough to want to craft birthday gifts for their dad? Is the value in the mom’s gift the time it took her to make a slideshow? Or in the memories of the life and family they have built together, which Photos made easier to resurface for the slideshow?
