Did #Apple axe most of it's chat support or something? Last time I needed to contact them about something it was fairly easy to get ahold of someone, now it seems to be pushing towards phonecalls, which yeah I'll call them, but it was much nicer to just be able to chat when i had a quick question about something like AppleCare
