Thanks to the many positive responses and discussions. I'm not sure If I will fully enable the federation again. Currently it is limited to outgoing, so that people can still follow content and users from my instance. Enabling the other things (likes/boosts/messages/comments and similar on other services) is up to debate. Helping others to get their posts read by a bigger audience won't happen again. This is my last fediverse service, I scrapped all other plans, extensions and contributions.
Addendum after a suggestion:The site was and is free, has no ads, no cookies nor tracking. I did not make any money with the federation, it's a service for the users on the platform. And it was never intended to be to make money with those content.
Hi
#fediverse I wanted to let you know what happened to my site in the last hours. Some admins (not mentioning them here) thought: my service is a scraper. It's just an ActivityPub service like Mastodon with a search function and a web view. Some trolls took that as an excuse to start or abuse an existing mastodon instance and posted illegal stuff. Used my service to displayed that as web page and complained to my hoster. Now there is one federated service less. Admins, watch out for those users
