No Regrets

When one's satisfied
It's hard to look back
And wish to change anything

My trauma
The things that hurt
The things that numbed
Happened

But now we're here
Us three
Under the oaks
Nestled in snow

You let me be me
Sharing all I feel
No need to justify
The space I take

I'm wiser now
And we have our family
So no regrets
Just acceptance
