Fun thing is that this was over 6100 frames. Because I recorded it as raw, I could tell the Seestar to stack all those images into a still picture.

Just finished reading “A Brief History of Everyone Who Ever Lived” and while it was a challenging read (I don’t know a lot about DNA other than what’s in pop-science), it was super interesting. Lots to think about and be amazed at.
The tahini chocolate is done. It’s the easiest to make. Basically boil every thing together until smooth; let cool overnight; add xanthan gum and salt, then blend and churn. Serving suggestion included based on the dessert I once had at A.kitchen & Bar.
Trader Joe’s had flank steak and I thought I’d make fajitas and good grief I forgot how many pots and pans and plates you need.
