I was puzzled by the pirate captain who had come into my tavern.

Colorful, loud, exuberant. Friendly, even. And perched upon her shoulder was neither a customary dapper monkey nor a vibrant parrot, but a huge raven with bright purple eyes.

After many ales, she leaned to me and confessed, "I love my job even if I'm just a distraction."

The raven puffed her feathers in annoyance, "Polly, that's a secret."

"Sorry Captain," Polly apologized.

@Joystick_Hero respect. It gets rough because I work on my feet all day (coffee shop) and so I get off work feeling busted up and it's the easiest way to get to feeling better.

@paintandwires I haven't tried cashew milk by itself, I tend to have almond milk in my coffee or smoothies. How do you think it compares? Most cashew milk drinkers that come in have very strong feelings about how much better it is 😅

Do you like Oatmilk?

I'm not super into alternative milks (soy, almond, cashew, coconut, etc etc) but I work with them every day at the shop, and I always wonder what makes someone choose one over the other. Are you an alternative milks drinker/user? What's your favorite and why?

@meeba that one looks like a lot of fun, too. I'm pretty sure it's just the Intel NUC with their badging on the top, maybe you're better off buying it from Intel than from S76? Should be cheaper.
