Avatar: 2 girls at the beach with the phrase "Sometimes all you need is for someone to say, Chin up girlfriend, we got this."

Cover: Black & white seascape with crashing waves at the bottom of a cliff with the caption:
Hypocrisy is the audacity to preach integrity from a den of corruption.

More #ElonIsDestroyingTwitter. Musk is a conman & if he isn’t a sociopath, he’s pretty close to it.

His “free speech” con is laughable at this point.

Before I check out for the night. Another taste of our lifestyle.
This pic, taken by my step-sister from her balcony, is of our sailboat with an Orca coming back for another look.

All marine rules were strictly followed, BTW.

Off to make dinner.
Roasted potatoes, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, and garlic w/ rosemary and thyme,
Sauteed broccoli with lemon, garlic, and chilies.
And seared pork chops round out the menu tonight.

@AndrewR_physics I assume you've already read the vague "privacy" section in their Covid-19 guidance? https://www.ocdsb.ca/our_schools/novel_coronavirus_information_for_parents

Talk about unclear...

COVID-19 Response

Does anyone with a student in the #Ottawa Public school system #OCDSB know what the policy is on informing parents if there is sickness in the classroom? (e.g. several students absent with flu). Our Principal keeps citing privacy concerns and won't tell us anything. Is this a school board level thing?

Today was bread day. :)

Photo: 2 loaves of bread; a baguette in the front with a round french boule in the back.

The Eagle has landed...
You can hear them claw the rigging, the boat sways, and then there is the ever-constant singing.
It freaks the cat out a little, to be honest. She stays inside when they visit. The photo is from another day, but this is a regular visit for us.
Does anyone know why I cannot, often, see some people pictures they have posted? They are hazed out. Is it because the account is locked and private?
