Came across this gorgeous wall painting in downtown Toronto. #photography #urban.

Thank you!
I'm confused, too.
So, the only thing I can say: It's beautiful.
A deer just behind our back yard. Don’t see them that often.

Was a doing some gardening and uncovered this little guy. Have to admit I was surprised. Lucky my spade didn’t injure it. I think it is an eastern milk snake.

Anyone know if I’m right? Or wrong?

A followup to a very popular Linkedin post.

Product Roadmaps vs. Product Plans.
They are different and there are good reasons to understand those differences and leverage them

Product Roadmaps vs. Product Plans - Saeed Khan - Medium

Roadmaps are NOT Plans. They are an output of a Strategy process. It’s important to understand what each are, how they are defined and how they are used to maximize company focus and drive business…

@saeedwkhan If there's a misalignment, I'd say that's a symptom of an organization not having clear metrics and goals.

If the PMs are meant to discover new product opportunities, that what you probably want them to be doing.

If the company needs to increase revenue, then PMs should have revenue related metrics on existing features so they focus there.

UNPOPULAR OPINION:

B2B technology companies and their Product Managers spend far too much time and energy focusing on building new things and WAY too little time and effort on maximizing the return (revenue etc.) of the things they have built.

This leads them into an ongoing build and delivery cycle that is detrimental to their long term growth and profitability.

Agree or disagree? I'd like to hear your thoughts.

Quick update:

It's pretty quiet here on the #Product front, but I think I'm going to post more here going forward.

Hope others in #Product or #ProductManagement are here.

I'm following those two hashtags.

Hope to see Product friends posting more.
