Back in January, #Ugreen had a pre-order for their new line of NAS units, which I happily plunked down $30 to secure. This week, they changed the process to make the pre-order basically be a lottery via Kickstarter with no guarantees to pre-order holders.

So now I'm refunding that "pre-order" and they're out a customer for life. Scammy bait-and-switch tactics gets you no business. Don't buy Ugreen

DiBella's "upgraded" their authentication system (and I assume some backend ordering system). It's so bad that the active "Save and Continue" button to complete a profile doesn't work, I assume because my browser is blocking some godawful ad-tech
