I know it’s probably technically possible to set up a bot that will automatically share your Twitter feed over here, or just copy-paste.

But this place feels different. Better to come over here and post based on the conversations that are actually going on here vs what may be going on elsewhere.

That’s a faster way to learn the norms, be a good guest, and ultimately master the platform.

Hi #gischat people! For several reasons I’m dropping Ubuntu as my desktop distro. I’m thinking of going full nerd and use Arch from now on, it seems to have good support for my everyday needs (qgis, postgis, R and Python), I wonder if anyone here has experience using Arch for geospatial stuff and knows of some caveats I’ll be running into.
