a. teach the 8 clerical staff basic sign for when they are at the front desk. cost ~$150per person.
b. continue having clients use paper & pencil and lip-read to communicate
c. spend over $3000 on UbiDuo technology to "eliminate bluffing, frustration and Communiphobia"
