Guys I need more people to boost this.

Justice Akil Kureshi yesterday got his appointment confirmation as CJ of The Hon’ble Tripura HC. Whilst I’m happy to hear ths, he was slated to be the CJ of The Hon’ble MP HC - a bigger state. We all know why this happened - Because tis man bravely stood upto and passed an order against Chanakya Shah. Please boost this msg far and wide - it’s further proof that independence of the judiciary is finished :(

SC is clear that Hindutva mobs were responsible for two completely illegal acts involving the Ayodhya site.

Yet it is these illegal acts that help the 'Hindu side' win the case.

As a Hindu I feel threatened by this paradigm of Criminal appeasement because people of the Hindu faith in India will now be captives of a regressive and empowered group of religious fanatics who will use the taste of victory to exercise their will on progressive Hindus without fear of law.
