Right now, the entire country of Denmark is using 4245MW of electricity.

Windmills are producing: 3442 MW
Solar is producing: 746 MW

So if we do the math, wind + solar = 98.7% of our energy use right now is 100% renewable

Just a reminder that not only can we fix climate change, we are fixing it.

The confirmation that the Minister and Canadian Heritage officials did nothing for weeks after being made aware of the blatant antisemitism in an anti-hate program is incredibly upsetting. Hard to believe there would be this lack of urgency if it involved other vulnerable groups.

I’m seeing lots of schadenfreude about the guy “losing” $200 billion. It benefits no one. A better way would be to tax the megabillionaires fairly: i.e., returning the bulk of their wealth to the society that made them rich in the first place.
