For the record, this is my setup. At most I can avoid preload the top hit but not a chance for removing that.

Safari users: How you get rid of the "Top hits" section entirely? Just don't display it, I want it completely hide.

Every day I visit chevereto.com/community (bookmark & fave) but when typing "comm" this thing always suggests me websites that I barely visited twice a month instead of the stuff I really care.

On Chrome it works, but Safari uses the website domain name for the search. It is very annoying.
