Paint your wagon(1969) feels like massively inappropriate.
A western musical comedy set in the 1800s America with a singing Clint Eastwood in the leading role. Selling, buying and bidding on women and marry them, hijacking stage coaches full of women to build a brothel for a town full of 400 men... It's a challenge in 2023 to adjust one's mind to change perspective and see it as historical or entertaining without cringing on the ideas. Although there are some good physical comedy parts.
It's better to die full of hope than live hopelessly.
Hopefully, with threads in the fediverse, this place is going to be an abundant reliable and focused source of information.
