@grumpygamer @ivory I wonder what the impact on subscription software sales would be if the the full price was shown upfront in the form of (annual_subscription_cost * prospective_purchaser's_current_life_expectancy).

Like, Office365's "Only $13/month" doesn't sound so great when it's worded as "This word processor is a steal at the bargain price of just $5,773".

@jloh Or they could just keep on hiding ads in the feed, but do a better job at it. Like, to the point where you can't see then.

I still have no idea what I'm doing for most tasks. The only difference is that I have experience to guide me.

Learning specific things isn't that useful in the long run. Learning what made something easy or hard is much more valuable.
