These Ugly Big Box Stores are Literally Bankrupting Cities

North American suburbs are littered with these giant ugly "Big Box" stores. People like them because they're easy to drive to and they sell a lot of stuff at pretty cheap prices, but the way they operate is by literally bankrupting cities.

@rootfs I preordered the vinyl the moment I saw the release email. Looking forward to more tracks getting released.
@robertparker it would be cool if more #synthwave artists posted here, but I totally get that they can't get anywhere near the reach that do on the big services.
@robertparker speaking as someone who also runs their own instance, be aware that the Mastodon experience is not the same as being on a more vibrant instance.
@futuresprog @jmcastagnetto I think CloudReady has been replaced by Flex. Indeed, my very old Dell Chromebook migrated itself over from CloudReady to Flex at one point, IIRC.
@futuresprog @mcc CloudReady OS not an option for these?
@notjustbikes I assume you are aware of the #synthwave scene then?
