Hello friends - I am looking to understand better what people are struggling with and experiencing these days. Would anyone be willing to jump on a quick phone call with me for 10 minutes to answer 1-2 questions? I promise no spam and a lot of curiosity and empathy.
This is strange and hard to explain but somehow on Mastodon I feel way freer to be myself than I've ever felt on any other social media. I can't quite tell why but somehow the openness and decentralised nature of the platform relax my unconscious and make me feel that I can truly just be myself
What's something you have been struggling with lately? Is there any way in which I could help you?

Hello friends, old and new, and welcome here!

What do you hope to see around here?

I am trying to get a stronger sense of the lived realities of the people around the globe.. so here's a question for you

What's something (eg product/service/experience) you have been seeking for but either didn't find or found to be below your need/expectations?

Any answer helps. Thanks!

🏘️ People care about what their community cares about. I spent hours reading reports, reviews and complaints but impersonal information doesn't feel inspiring and motivating. What eventually comes back motivating me to move forward is what they people around me care about.

⌛ Change is more gradual than my imagination suggests. You can tell what people want by looking at what they already buy. Innovation happens on the margin, by creating a better version of something existing or embarking on a journey of specialising and convincing early adopters.
