I don’t think there’s anything better than to be hugged in your moment of vulnerability. I can’t think of anything more relaxing than a nice heartfelt conversation. So, if you see your loved ones having a bad day, give them a tight hug and lend them your ears. It will make their day a lot easier.
#mentalhealthmattets #hug #ConversationsMatterI love that we celebrate all festivals with so much zeal, but I hope it was done without using loudspeakers and mics. My eardrums are crying for help, even when I am probably 1.5 km away from the venue.
Shared my experience of “fog reading” in my new blog. Any advice and feedback is appreciated. :)

Is it just me or do you also feel people are now more comfortable sharing their views on a social media platform than with people IRL? I mean, sure, these platforms help you to amplify your voice and share your news with a broader audience; however, I am still someone who will first rush to my parents and friends for sharing something exciting. Sometimes I feel like an alienated old school person stuck in a generation that thrives on social media and not on one-on-one conversations.
Wrote a blog after a decade on if I should continue blogging. Yeahh.. soo..
