we tend towards doing a lot of ingredient prep and freezing bc of ME/CFS, mostly veggie things like buying a bag of onions then chopping and freezing, also buying the frozen crushed garlic and minced ginger.
so along those lines we decided to make fresh egg noodles(cooked) and freeze them as an experiment. happily we can report it was a huge success!
