When do you decide to pack up a city and move?

Phoenix is unlivable and given the direction we are going it will only get worse.

I love the concept of a trellis - I did not intent to use this one for this plant but it’s beautiful.

40% of the safest towns in the United States are in the Northeast. 26% are in Massachusetts, including mine.

I am going to guess why: gun controls, community policing, economic strength, education, and access to good medical care (including mental health) - all of which add up to a culture where we are not all pointing fingers at or scared of each other.

It would be so nice if Microsoft could sort out there awful, horrible, no good authentication system. It has been broken for 20+ years and it has made my life difficult throughout.

We will be free when we don’t have to punish or control others to feel powerful ourselves.

Happened to dig up this picture of my daughter’s WTF face when she was 2 months old - it never gets old.

Also, it will be good if she ever wonders whether her skepticism was nature or nurture 😂

I am thankful I have no pictures of my Thanksgiving meal - because we were all enjoying each others’ company.

Thanksgiving is not without social issues that need to be rectified and which are represented in the inherited bounty of China and silver that we use.

With all its faults though it is still my favorite holiday - because it is about connecting, love, and gratitude. For me hosting, decorating, and cooking is my love language. I should do it more often.

Why do you think this issue persists?

Executives admit they underinvest in #culture and that improving it would have a major impact on their business.

Enterprise community, #digitalworkplace, and #NewWork teams have demonstrated success in fostering new behaviors, social norms, and #culturechange by supporting a diverse range of stakeholder groups with consulting, support, and resources.

We know how to do this - how do we elevate our success?
