@rhappe Ha! I agree... maybe a trellis is a much better model for an organization, than a hierarchy/tree is??? 🤔

And as your plants show, parts of the trellis are more active/useful than other parts -- emergence!

@Valdis I use it as a metaphor all the time to explain governance; it should feel like a trellis (supportive) instead of a cage (controlling).

This one is also a hierarchy and a network, which seems apropos 🙂
