This week our zooarchaeologist is visiting #Iphes, in Tarragona, to learn about #dental #microwear using transmitted microscopy and analyze the first samples for our project! The results will be the first step to reconstructing #animalecology and #enviroment of #Paleolithic coastal Lebanon 🤠

The ERC Consolidator REVIVE project (2021-2026) is picking up where the work stopped several decades ago in central levant and advance it by employing state-of-the-art methodologies available today #lithics #paleoanthropology #geoarchaeology #zooarchaeology

Right now our team is in #Lebanon doing fieldwork, collecting new data and discovering new sites.
