It took a bit but the #tvOS and the #macOS app (in addition to the #iOS) app are now all up to date and you can watch the recordings of #rp23 on your iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV. The playback progress and favorites should sync across devices as well.
It took a few days (YouTube is annoying) but the recordings can now be watched in the app.
