There's rejoy in rejoining.
A privately educated, privileged elite, has for generations dominated our lives and controlled our options. But yeah, you just accept that as normal and worship a monarch to boot.
Maybe we are the real problem.
China.
A modern threat to the freedom of millions of people around the globe. Indeed a developing military threat to the west itself.
And yet the west feeds this threat with every purchase of every product it produces. From a watch strap up to a £30000+ car and way beyond.
I'm looking at electric cars and so many are produced in China by state controlled companies. Highly rated cars to boot.
Can we not.
Instead buy cars laptops and phones etc built elsewhere. Don't feed the beast. Thanks.

These days neither has much to do with money.
Another #Brexit milestone will pass next year: the end of a couple of decades of monetary support for #investment in local infrastructure that came from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Yes, there was some gamesmanship around the applications (#universities were particularly good at capturing it for the own agendas), but nonetheless its another benefit of EU membership that will only be appreciated once it has (finally) evaporated next year.
You don't value it until you lose it!
