‘Drowning in brine or beer’

I’ve been trying to revive a few old drawing pens that I’d stupidly left carbon ink in. A week in a jar of Rotring cleaner seems to have done the trick, so I picked up a few trendy Diamine inks from Cult Pens to test them. This drawing is based on depressing conversations in a village pub over Christmas. In the end this one got a bit out of hand but there’s bits I like. Anyway glad the pens are working again, I forgot how much I enjoyed using them.
