@session I'm not sure what the limitations of the network are, but I would like longer periods of time for disappearing messages. About 3-4 months or so.
@cketti I'm not a technical person, I don't know how to read source code. So I can't tell if a program has vulnerabilities or not.
And I find it really easy to use PGP with Thunderbird, and OpenKeychain with K9Mail in the past.
There's no way I'm gonna use software that is not getting updated for a full year or more (proprietary or FOSS).

The OpenKeychain GitHub states:
"WARNING: This software is no longer actively developed."
They haven't published any new version or security fixes at least since May 2021, and had no changes in the repo since August 2021. Why would any non-technical person use software this old? It is not maintained for almost a year and a half.
It seems to me like a potential major attack vector.
@thunderbird Is that native PGP support? The same for the desktop app?
