Now I've made a YouTube video about Cape. But if you're interested you'll have to find it yourself, because if I get too many views from an external link YouTube will hate my channel π

this graduation speech moment is notable, and her amazed shock at having failed to read the room feels instructive.

Could be especially bad news for the people who switched to their short-lived certificates π
In my year at Privacy Guides:
π° I wrote 28 articles, including some long-form investigative essays.
β I designed and developed an entirely new section for the website, with long-term plans to develop it further.
π§° I wrote 25 short tip-articles for the first tool of this new section, the Privacy Activist Toolbox.
π I researched and put together a directory of Data Protection Authorities worldwide (including 89 regions), to facilitate public access to report privacy violations of their local privacy laws.
π I created 4 designs for the merchandise store, including an elaborated unique vector line illustration.
π£οΈ I wrote over 100 social media posts to promote our projects, articles, and videos.
π I engaged with our community to answer questions and provide resources.
If you want me to do the same for your organization, I'm currently available for a new opportunity!

This was one of @Em0nM4stodon's final projects she did with us, and I'm super happy to finally be able to share it with you all. It's a very comprehensive resource I hope privacy advocates will find valuable!
π Our ongoing work at Privacy Guides doesn't come cheap. If you find the work we're doing valuable: reaching new audiences via video, reviewing new privacy projects, and creating resources and community for those passionate about data privacy; we greatly appreciate those who become a member or send us a one-time donation at https://www.privacyguides.org/donate
One of the things I think that many Americans, and even more foreigners, fail to understand about the United States is just how big it is, and how fundamentally different the various regions of the country are, because of the history of settlement and its interaction with technology.
The physical layout of settlement west of the Appalchian Mountains and east of the Sierra Nevada Mountains is completely different to the built environments of the East and West Coasts. β¦
