These are the jobs that worry me, your job is to train your AI replacement. You’re the horse of the industrial revolution. Working to give your competitive edge away. Just for a litttle income while the owners of these models turn around and sell them for huge multiples while you only get $100/hr
@augieray It’s probably terminally-online doomers that wanted the world to burn. The data is deflating their power fantasy (they’d survive any catastrophe of course) and thus they attack you.
Ionq didn’t get any money from today’s chips act announcement. Anyone knows why? Does their intent to acquire skywater put them on the wrong side?

@FluentInFinance how can Warsh be seen as more hawkish? He’s Trump’s poodle. Trump wants lower interest rates, Warsh will want lower interest rates. Warsh is on record saying that AI is deflationary, thus giving himself the justification to push for lower rates.
Bond yields are climbing higher to welcome Warsh. Warsh very obviously wants to lower interest rates which will increase inflation. The Fed and the federal government have no plan to address our deteriorating living standards other than to print more money to be able to service the debt. This is irresponsible but politically the only tenable choice they have. Deplorable.
The wrong people are in charge. Wealth inequality will get worse, everything will be more expensive.
