🖤💜: friends, please don't underestimate the importance of drinking water!!!!

last week, Sunshine was talking to our therapist who noted we seemed to be in a depressive episode

Sunday, we looked up "why does caffeine make me tired" and the main answer was dehydration

This whole week we have been making 100% sure we drank at least a gallon a day, or 2 cups of water for every cup of coffee

And we have felt absolutely amazing. Lotsa energy, creative, more emotionally resilient

Please please please take care of yourselves. Even the basics make a huge difference 

🖤💛: well, after two years of unemployment trying to figure out how to actually make some money in a way that doesn't hurt our system we're finally officially starting a dog walking / training business

we're still making great progress with music production and performance but, in part due to the recent world chaos, an income has become an immediate priority

dogs get us out of bed in the morning, both literally and figuratively. So that feels true to everyone. A rare occurrence for sure

In due time, we'll be fully certified/ credentialed — only a few hundred hours of training and volunteering to go

💛🤎: omg we have to use windows to setup this new midi controller and we haven't used windows in forever

This SUCKS. Last windows was 7 and using 10 is a NIGHTMARE
