One of the biggest fallacies about ChatGPT is "It works if you prompt it correctly".
As someone with a bit of a background in UX Design & HCI I do not accept arguments of the form "you're using it wrong".
This applies to LLMs too!
Yes, you CAN use them in a way where you exercise critical thinking, but they have NOT been designed for this use case. They have been designed to provide shortcuts that let people avoid the discomfort of critical thinking, and grab data in doing so.
