So I self-diagnose #ADHD. I would love an actual diagnosis, but when a man in his 30s tells a KY doctor he thinks he has ADHD they have to "refer" you to a psychiatrist who actually can't make that assessment. They have to have someone else do the test, someone who, their sites all make clear, thinks you're after stimulants. I chased that for a few months before I realized they wanted cash and were likely going to deny me, so I do other things.
